Modulyss partners with Van Dyck
Van Dyck Carpets is proud to announce that it entered into an agreement with Modulyss to be their exclusive distributor for South Africa and the neighbouring countries (SADC).
Modulyss forms part of the Balta Group and is a Belgian company whose sole activity is the creation and production of carpet tiles for the contract market. They are a young and dynamic company with an exclusive and unique style and like Van Dyck, they want to take on its ecological and social responsibility with whole-hearted conviction.
Modulyss has a range of carpet tiles that are made from 100 % post-industrial recycled content face fibre. These yarns are then processed into a 100% post-consumer recycled non-woven primary backing and these carpet tiles are then backed with a bitumen backing that uses 10% post industrial recycled material to make the finished product a genuine “green” product.
Van Dyck in association with Modulyss is also committed to take these carpet tiles back at the end of their 15 to 20 years life cycle.
