Maintenance is an important process, not only to keep your carpets or floors looking good, but also to ensure that your manufacturer's warranty remains valid.
Carpet Cleaning Service
The importance of deep cleaning
Regular vacuuming is an important part of caring for your carpet, but even
daily vacuuming cannot remove all the dust and tracked-in dirt trapped in
the carpet pile. This gradually builds up at the base of the pile, dulling
the carpet colours and patterns. Eventually these hard particles damage the
fibres of the carpet, increasing the wear and tear on the carpet and
dramatically reducing its life span.
That's why all carpet manufacturers recommend periodic deep cleaning by a
professional carpet cleaner to remove stains and soil buildup and keep your
investment looking its best.

Preserve Your Carpet Warranty with Top Carpet Cleaners
Most manufacturers guarantee their carpets against manufacturing defects
and pile loss for up to 10 years, depending on the type of carpet and
manufacturer. We recommend that you examine the terms of your carpet guarantee
closely.
Generally, your warranty will not cover your carpet against:
- Tears, burns or cuts
- Damage caused by lack of protection under roller castor chairs
- Damage due to improper use of the product (such as installing lightweight carpeting in heavy traffic areas)
- Damage caused by the use of improper cleaning agents or maintenance methods

With its smooth surface structure, laminate cannot absorb dirt or dust.
Never apply layers of wax or varnish to laminates.
'Dry maintenance': by using a vacuum cleaner or fleece mop.
'Wet maintenance': AVOID EXCESSIVE QUANTITIES OF WATER AT ALL TIMES. Use a
properly wrung-out mop. Always dry afterwards.
Mop with clean water or classical household soap.
You can also use a laminate maintenance product dissolved in water. This
product cleans thoroughly and leaves a matt-satin shine.
Carefully remove persistent stains with a suitable cleaning product
(e.g. acetone or white spirit). Never use scouring products.
Most good quality laminates are predded on a waterproof glued HDF board.
In spite of the relatively high moisture resistance, excessive quantities of
water must be removed immediately.
