you can be sure that you’ve made the right choice.
If you’re disappointed with the colour of your new carpet, you can replace it with
any other colour from the same range, without paying for the carpet. All you pay for
is the return of the carpet you wish to swap and the fitting of your next colour
choice. Now that’s a great reason to get decorating!
This guarantee allows you to change your carpet colour only. Replacement of
underlay or substitution of a different carpet style is not covered under the 10
Day Colour Replacement Guarantee.
You have 10 days from date of installation to lodge your request for replacement
with your Top Carpets dealer.
All participating manufacturers reserve the right to inspect the carpet for damage
before replacement. Any damage will render the guarantee void.
Your Top Carpets salesperson will quote you for the refitting and return charges.
Your new carpet will be installed on acceptance of these charges.
